I am a Sr Director Talent & Global Head Talent Operations at Adobe, where I lead a fabulous team of experts in executive, experienced, and university hiring, as well as people operations. I have over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, and I am passionate about working at the cross-section of creativity and technology, and helping talented professionals tell their stories with passion and finesse. My core competencies include conceptualizing, formulating, articulating, and implementing TA processes and metrics, building and running large global teams, translating business strategy into talent acquisition plans, and driving process innovation across the globe. I have successfully set up the first of its kind RPO governance and delivery framework model for hiring over 1000 technical hires per quarter, led the design and implementation of ATS at a global level, and spearheaded worldwide TA transformation programs focused on sourcing automation, selection, gamification, and predictive modeling. I am also a proud recipient of the 101 Top HR Tech Minds 2019 award, a mentor to multiple startups in India, and an advisor to Chandigarh University on updating their curriculum. I love engaging with the student community, teaching and coaching, playing guitar, listening to music, blogging, and public speaking.
