• I was a part of public interest litigations and writ matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and High Courts of other states. I was instrumental in obtaining a favorable judgment from the Supreme Court in a matter where the residential properties of certain petitioners were wrongfully sealed by the Monitoring Committee that had been appointed by the Supreme Court earlier (MC Mehta Vs. Union of India WP 4677/1985 Report No. 149). I was also instrumental in obtaining a favourable judgment from the Delhi High Court in a matter where we were representing Paytm against TRAI and large telecom companies, seeking implementation of certain telecom regulations (TCCCPR) framed under the TRAI Act, to prevent phishing on the network of the telecom companies. I also worked on advisory mandates for various startups and tech companies.
