About

Dominic began his career in the telecom space and resided there for over 25 years as both a network engineer and networks operations engineer. He started a B2B telecom brokerage company called Gilded Pendulum in 2011, which still exists, but due to that industry’s fall from grace it’s no longer a focus. In 2015, Dominic randomly came upon bitcoin and discovered a much smaller digital asset space than we have today. In time he learned the blockchain and how to seamlessly send value around the world in seconds, on the most secure network on the planet with no intermediaries. He began buying bitcoin at the $3,500 price point and has been educating himself for what is now a decade. As the years progressed and Dominic traversed his various business circles, he discovered something. What started out as a few curious conversations, over the years turned into friends and associates no longer asking him about business tech, it was almost entirely about bitcoin, crypto, and defi. He realized that people knew little to nothing about it except that if they were lucky, their broker might let them buy it and hold it for them until they wanted to sell. Very few understood much beyond that. Bitcoin and crypto became not just a hobby but an obsession for Dominic as he saw more and more interest in the space grow. He felt online education was paramount and clients needed to be walked step by step through the process of buying and self-custody of their own assets. This takes thorough understanding and competence, but even the most non-technical people can become their own bank! And once someone learns it, they can pass it on to the rest of their family forever. This is why the Bitcoin Foundry was created. To help individuals and families forge generational wealth into the world's most finite asset. We are giving all our students LIFETIME ACCESS to our online university forever after payment. No subscriptions, no annual fees. That is how we intend to pass down modern financial education for generations. Turns out, you can just do things. And so it begins...

  • There's many ways to buy bitcoin, but true ownership comes from self-custody. We want to educate the crypto curious how to empower their own wealth through this method as well as walking them through the process step by step. We will also be illustrating how the traditional banking system and the swift network is weaponized against them and how storing their wealth in fiat currency is a great way to lessen it's value over time. In time we also plan to implement allocation programs for local small businesses and corporations to start holding bitcoin on their books for long-term wealth generation.

  • If you care to listen to the below radio broadcast, I join the conversation after about 22 minutes to discuss the types of dangers lurking online and how your personal information is bought and sold on darknets. Example- If I was so inclined, (I'm not) someone like me can buy thousands of social security numbers for about $10 each, along with credit card numbers and just about anything else I want to get rich and defraud someone who doesn't safeguard their personal information. Digital thieves do this every day. The ironic thing is literally NOBODY cares, people AND companies, until it happens to them.

Clearwire

Network Engineer, MPLS, and Market Lead (Pittsburgh)

Feb 2010Jan 2011 · 11 mos · Henderson, NV

  • Commissioning Engineer; configuring and maintaining the new 4G network towers being built to eventually blanket America in "available everywhere" wi-fi. Financially backed by yahoo, google, and sprint, if you've yet to hear of Clear, I imagine you will relatively soon. We were in fact the FIRST company to introduce 4G services to the world, contrary to what other corporations were saying at the time this was taking place. My colleagues and I have learned and manipulated this equipment to specific market standards and learned extremely new and advanced technology on the fly and often times responded and turned up sites on a moment's notice in security emergencies along with other spur of the moment concerns. The company's budgeting issues and the overall financial health of Clearwire saw us departing on 1\1\11.
