• Loved building and executing a killer content strategy with a wonderfully talented team. Was a fun six-month sprint that, unfortunately, had to come to an end as Compound shut operations at the start of September.
• Here's what I achieved during my brief time at the company:
• Launched a multi-channel content engine that drove ~$270K in user savings plans in August alone.
• Grew monthly site traffic 30× by leveraging employee branding on LinkedIn as a key growth driver.

• Growth in my first 30 days: 1.1M impressions, 3.5K new followers, 50.6K accounts engaged.
• But who is @ravimiglani on Instagram? My inspiring father of course, who is a talented and passionate home chef! It took me a while to convince him to let me take over, but I don't think he regrets it. (Also, he's the one in charge now and is absolutely killing it!)

• But how did I end up becoming a Communications Coach, a position that didn't even exist at Headout a few months ago?
• Well, on one particularly uneventful, over-caffeinated day, I found myself itching to try something new. So, I decided to doomscroll audits of our past interactions with guests — as you do, of course.
• But what I discovered during what started as a harmless expedition was that we could do a lot better when it came to communicating with our wonderful guests. After all, if they were signing up for our life-changing experiences, their conversations with us should also be nothing short of extraordinary, too (and, well, just completely friction-free if we're going to be less hyperbolic about it).
• And thus, this shiny role was born — one that was new to both myself and to Headout! I spent my days researching, building, and delivering training sessions on empathy, communication, guest management, and the Headout tone of voice for both new and existing team members.
• This role also neatly brought me back to my passion for education. I've always loved teaching — from English in China (2016) to Spanish in England (2013) to, now, communications in India, I've enjoyed building this throughline!
