CREATIVE. INSIGHT DIGGER. STORYTELLER. IDEATOR. GOAL ORIENTED. METRIC FRIENDLY. A Brand Growth Strategist by profession, I have been working in the advertising industry for 17 years now. Along with the understanding of inbound marketing philosophy I carry the strength to build brands in a sustainable manner. As a person, I am a process driven individual and I have a knack of digging consumer insights and market trends. I have worked for over 100 brands till date from various sectors like retail – jewellery & apparels, FMCG, app based portals, online businesses, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, edu-tech, fintech, B2B, portals, Med-tech. My role has involved strategizing and complete execution of campaigns and engagement ideas, based upon intensive customer research and market understanding to devise a relevant and breakthrough GTM. Apart from brand strategizing and communications, I am adeptly hands on in setting up and building teams across departments including Brand strategy and Management (Account Management/Client Servicing), Creative & Studio and Digital department. Since about 7-8 years, I have been instrumental in planning and running the Seagull’s organization structure with active decision making in the recruitment process. With a degree in HRM and HRD I prove to be a people’s person and proficiently capable of bringing out the best from each team member across departments. I hold major decision making in handling clients, strategy and communication, collateral administration, media & budget allocation, organizational operations and people management. With extensive experience in mainline advertising and BTL activities covering events, seminars, photoshoots, print and production, I have a keen understanding of the need of integrated strategy. Owing to this, I can deftly convert a requirement into a creative brief in order to deliver performance driven communication. Digital marketing in my opinion is a table stake for any brand today and needs expert attention in this ever darkening clutter. Tracking the performance numbers is one of my key roles. I believe in getting things done, the right way, and do not shy away from getting my hands dirtied in the hour of need. Execution and operations in my opinion are the core of making any idea possible and that’s where my strength lies. I like working with organizations that keep their customers in the epicenter where I can play the role of a brand custodian.
