  • As the Global Head for Brand Marketing, I was brought on board by the then CEO to streamline brand marketing efforts, establish a robust foundation, introduce industry best practices, ensure cohesion and consistency across all brand touchpoints, and re-rate brand Tech Mahindra globally. I led a multi-faceted marketing strategy across various functions, including brand programs, brand narrative and value proposition, design-creative services, thought leadership, and digital marketing. My team launched the NXT.NOW brand narrative to position TechM as a technology thought leader and led the development of numerous campaigns with the focus on building in-house brand properties, including IPs like TechMverse, TechMScape, and Ideathon laps. As an outcome of the activations, brand Tech Mahindra became the fastest-growing brand in brand strength amongst the top 15 IT services brands globally by Brand Finance in 2022. It was rerated as the 7th strongest brand globally in 2022 from 14th in 2020 with an upgrade in brand strength from AA- to AA+ rating and BSI (Brand Strength Index) Score rising from 66 to 76 from 2020 to 2022.
