Anand Ramamoorthy — CEO
Innovation isn’t about keeping up with the future—it’s about building one worth keeping. Across continents, industries, and time zones, every role I’ve held has carried one mission: to lead with purpose, execute with precision, and transform the boundaries of what’s possible. Deeply rooted in the semiconductor world, I’ve seen how relentless focus and expertise can shape entirely new markets. At Micron India, we didn’t just scale from zero to over 4,000 people in under five years; we built an engine that has driven over $25B in global revenue. But numbers tell only part of the story. What truly stands out is a team with a relentless drive to push beyond incremental progress. Whether it’s redefining AI, memory storage, or next-generation innovations, this team is wired to lead. Every transformation I’ve led rests at the intersection of technology, execution, and culture. From my time at Intel and Harman, where we opened new markets, built large-scale operations, and created industry-first products, to my work at Micron, the goal has always been to forge pathways that reimagine what’s possible. Navigating roles in engineering, operations, finance, and sales taught me this: leadership isn’t static. It’s an evolving mastery of diverse challenges, honed across geographies and industries. Having lived and worked in the US, Europe, and Asia, I’ve learned that innovation thrives where cultures and ideas converge. It’s this perspective that fuels my work on the boards of several companies and industry bodies—and my belief that true impact transcends silos, generations, and borders. Rooted in an academic journey from IIT Roorkee to Harvard Business School, I’ve built a foundation that empowers me to create and transform. From shaping global policies to mentoring the next wave of innovators at leading educational institutions, my focus remains on building change that lasts. And when I step away from shaping the future of technology, you’ll find me on the tennis court, or engrossed in a great read, or in deep conversations with my son about geopolitics and, of course, the next wave of deep tech! These moments are a reminder that while technology accelerates the world, it’s human connections that make it meaningful.
