I joined as a working student with zero clue what startups were and jumped in headfirst. Back then, we had a handful of customers in Belgium, and I did everything: sales, marketing, customer success (basically whatever needed doing).
Fast forward, I was part of the leadership team, helped raise a $5M seed round, and was the DRI for taking us to the United States. I made my fair share of mistakes, but we landed public companies like Astrana as customers, and I closed some six-figure deals along the way (yes, I can sell too).
