• Started as the SVP of Product and then served as the Chief Product and Technology officer. Defined the new product strategy for both B2C and the B2B parts of PayScale's business and led execution of the strategy. Helped in the successful acquisition of PayFactors (key competitor), created the product strategy and integration plans for the combined company.

• Helped make Groupon's marketplace "bookable" - a key growth initiative for the company. Responsible for the mobile and web CX to make reservations and the B2B product experience to manage the inventory. Also briefly led the "Card Linked Offers" initiative. Through integrations with all major credit card companies we gave seamless cash back rewards to Groupon consumers on their cards.

• Headed up product management for Groupon's verticals - Travel and Things to do. Led the teams to build vertical-specific consumer and B2B experiences as well as built supply integrations with inventory partners.
• Also led the merchant product group building Groupon's B2B app and web experience used by all of Groupon's local merchants (several hundred thousand, worldwide). Improved the B2B experience to drive significant improvements in merchant satisfaction and retention.

• PM for Windows storage and filesystem team. Co-Invented, shipped and standardized new filesystems (exFAT and UDFS) and helped create outbound licensing programs. Built new storage features in Windows - symlinks, file-classification, backup. Filed and granted 13 patents.
