About

Our goal at Prismatic is to help software companies provide more and better integrations with less effort. Our platform abstracts much of the complexity integrations normally bring, allowing our customers to focus on core products and use their domain-specific knowledge to serve their customers better than ever. Early in my career – while I was in college – I started a software company that provided products to public safety agencies. As it grew to scale over 16 years, we constantly dealt with the complexities of integrating our software with our customers’ other applications. After selling that company, I saw an opportunity to help other software companies simplify the integration process with a completely embedded iPaaS solution. Along with some teammates from that first startup, I cofounded Prismatic. Now, we’re a leader in the Embedded iPaaS space and are changing the way that software companies think about integrations. As we continue to grow, I’m, above all, proud of the team we’re building and the work we’re all doing together. We’re marching toward the future of software integrations, and there’s no one I’d rather be marching with!

  • I cofounded Prismatic to make software integration easier for B2B businesses and allow them to focus on their core product instead of how it connects to their customers’ applications. This was a problem we frequently dealt with at Zuercher Technologies, which I founded and scaled earlier in my career. With each new customer, we had to customize an integration solution. At Prismatic, we offer an integration platform that makes it simple to provide specialized integrations to the end customer.
  • As a startup CEO, I do more than create strategies and manage financing for our growing business — I also get my hands dirty ensuring we deliver the best solution for our customers. At the end of the day, I want our customers to succeed.

  • After the acquisition of Zuercher Technologies by TriTech, I formed and led the Zuercher division of the company, which focused on growing the small-to-medium public safety agency segment. I was responsible for P&L and oversaw teams in sales, operations, R&D, and customer service. I also represented the Zuercher division to the board of directors.
  • Targeting aggressive growth, we grew the division through major geographic sales expansion and significant M&A activity, eventually achieving $50M in revenue with 240 employees.
  • I also played a significant role in the process of selling the company, which resulted in the recapitalization of TriTech by Bain Private Equity and the subsequent merger of TriTech with two industry firms backed by Vista Equity Partners to create a new company, CentralSquare Technologies. Before making my exit, I helped form and conduct transition plans for combining the three businesses.

  • I founded and bootstrapped this tech startup to fill a gap in the market providing software to public safety agencies. I started the business from nothing, with no investors, and grew the business into an industry disruptor with a national customer base, $10M in revenue, and 80 employees. In 2015, I sold the company to TriTech Software Systems, a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners.
