• ● I had the exciting job of still ensuring that the testing with Jaguar Land Rover was completed and on track but also starting up a new project with Mitsubishi, within this project we were building a brand new system for all leads to be generated.
• ● Whilst conducting this role I continued to help with the delivery and the management of various projects within the company. Managing clients expectations, ensuring that the day-to-day tasks were being completed by the various teams and also helping to ensure the projects were released on time.
• ● Within this role the responsibility was put on myself to ensure that the system we were delivering to the clients was to the highest of our ability. The testing team had also grown so I had to manage the testing team, managing their workload, responsibilities and maintaining the documents I had previously written up for the testing team. I was managing a team of 2 testers which not only involved ensure the workload was completed and on time but also managing the day-to-day HR/direct management duties.
• ● In April 2019 I had agreed with the Director of Technology to bring in Automation testing for the company. This would take the company to the next level in the eyes of testing, so I spent time researching and trialing different softwares to calculate what would be the best software to use for the team and for the company to expand on with little impact to all teams involved. Once i chose the software to use I started building the automation software with a selenium based tool called Katalon Studio, using Java language. I chose Katalon because it is a language I had previously used and it is also one the developers understood the most within enquiryMAX, also within the team there was no experience of automation tools or Code so choosing a tool that was easily maintained and structured was essential.

• ● I was managing projects for various clients including RRG, Park's Motor Group, Jardine Motors Jaguar Land Rover sites and Vantage Motors.
• ● In July 2018 I took on a project outside of the testing area with one of the clients, ensuring that the role out of one of the new integration was a success. This involved constant communications with the Group Manager of the dealership and constant communications with many of the individual retailers providing any assistance. This led to multiple positive comments from the client themselves and then the job changes into the Project Manager role.
• ● From then I have taken on multiple groups ensuring that the products they have requested are Analysed correctly, scheduled into a release and developed to the correct standard. I would also attend regular calls with the clients to gather further requirements, but also provide updates on any outstanding tasks.
• ● Once the requirements from the clients have been gathered it is then my responsibility to load these into JIRA and assign one of the Business Analysts and a developer to the work. Once this is assigned the BA then would pick up the work with any questions coming to myself.
• ● Within my role it is also important to ensure that once the BA has completed their spec that it is signed off by myself also the client to ensure that this all meets their requirements.
• ● Working with another PM we had the sole responsibility of organising the plan of the team at enquiryMAX ensuring that all promised deliverables were to be completed on time.

• ● One of the main roles in my job was to manage the testing with various clients including Jaguar Land Rover.
• ● When I first joined the company, I was the sole member of the testing team and was responsible for writing all the testing policy and guidelines, release test plans, project plans and reporting systems, whilst managing my own workload. In order to succeed I had to ensure I prioritised the workload and projects within each release, which sometimes involved pushing back to the Director of Technology if a release had to be delayed or even cancelled.
• ● In this role I have had to work closely with members of the Development and Project Management team, within an agile environment, which has allowed me to develop my interpersonal and team working skills, whilst allowing me to gain a better understanding of all aspects of the business working with the developers using various languages including C# and Java has provided me with knowledge around different development languages

• ● During my time at HSBC I was employed as a Business Tester. In this role I worked within several different projects across the company including BAU, GSP, Legacy and Mobile testing; demonstrating my ability to adapt and integrate into new teams efficiently.
• ● I first started on a team of 4-5 people helping on BAU (Business As Usual); this was a quick fire project, testing briefs that were to be released in a few days. This enhanced my skills in prioritisation and working under pressure within a team to meet short deadlines.
• ● I then progressed into the Legacy team where I was to co-ordinate projects for myself, building up experience in leading my own projects. Whilst in this team I had to at times organise several jobs at once, including managing individuals for one of the projects whilst testing on another. This allowed me to enhance my interpersonal skills through valuable experience in people management, in addition to managing several projects at once.
• ● My ability to work efficiently coordinating multiple projects was well received resulting in me being moved onto a new project stream, testing and coordinating rapid changes. Here I worked close with developers to ensure all changes that were needed were fixed in a very quick time period.
• ● Whilst coordinating my own projects it was my responsibility to raise and keep track of defects, whilst also sending out defect reports to the business.
• ● I also helped on Mobile testing where again I went on to lead my own release of a new mobile app.
• ● My thirst to exceed expectations and assist my team meant that on numerous occasions I worked over weekends to help other projects that were falling behind schedule within areas outside of my initial remit.
• ● During my time at HSBC I have become a more experienced and confident tester whilst also showing that I am more than capable of coordinating and giving time scales for projects.

• Served in the Royal Signals as a Communications Systems Operator. This role consisted mainly of operating and maintaining radio systems within my regiment. I spent 4 years in York carrying out this role whilst there i spent a 6 month tour in Kabul. During my time in Kabul the role was to provide a force protection for the locals in the area.
