Apoorva is a senior leadership and organisational consulting leader at Korn Ferry with experience in managing HR teams, building leadership, talent management and OD offers, and leading business transformation in best-in-class multinational organisations. Apoorva previously worked in the Talent and Leadership Consulting practice for EY. He led large-scale engagements in the areas of HR strategy, leadership development, talent management, and organizational change. He advised C-suite leaders on organisation culture, leadership behaviours, and change leadership, and facilitated action planning on subjects such as Future of Work, Risk Culture, Agile Performance Management and Employee Experience. At HEINEKEN International, where he worked for 5 years prior to joining EY, he was HR Lead for the Global Business Services Division. His key achievement in this role was the establishment of an award-winning shared-services centre in Kraków, Poland. He also led the Global Mobility (Expat HR) function with responsibility for overseeing administration of EUR 250mn in total compensation cost. At ABN AMRO, where Apoorva worked for 7 years, his key achievements included relaunching the local HR function at ABN AMRO UAE, establishing a learning program with INSEAD (a EUR 8 mn investment), and delivering an organisation redesign in collaboration with the works councils. Prior to this, Apoorva led AON Hewitt's business development and relationship management efforts in the Middle East, delivering excellent financial growth. He started his career at Deutsche Bank as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking. Apoorva has recently completed an Executive Master degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change at HEC Paris. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, India. He has an Honours degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College in Delhi University, and a Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences (with Distinction) from the University of London.
