At ABN AMRO, where Apoorva worked for 7 years, his key achievements included relaunching the local HR function at ABN AMRO UAE, establishing a learning program with INSEAD (a EUR 8 mn investment), and delivering an organisation redesign in collaboration with the works councils. Prior to this, Apoorva led AON Hewitt's business development and relationship management efforts in the Middle East, delivering excellent financial growth. He started his career at Deutsche Bank as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking. Apoorva has recently completed an Executive Master degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change at HEC Paris. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, India. He has an Honours degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College in Delhi University, and a Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences (with Distinction) from the University of London.
