In addition, I continue to lead and transform the way people learn at Philips and establish the Philips University. I moved to Amsterdam in Netherlands and am now based here.
  • In April/May 2014 I assumed additional responsibility as Global Head of HR for Operations (Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations functions of the company). As member of the Global Operations Leadership team my tour of duty is to build a world-class Order to Cash process based organisation and develop and mentor more than 50K talented employees in the Operations functions across the world. Thereafter during the later part of the year, I assumed additional responsibility as Global HR Head for Quality & Regulatory and Customer Service functions of the company. This was the broadening of my HR Business Partner role and I am also preparing to hand over my Second Hat as the Change Management Practice lead during quarter-2 of year 2015 so as to focus mainly on my HR Business Partner role in the Order to Cash (O2C) area of the Organisation.
