I am the Founder of a new venture building the intelligence layer for enterprise reinvention—where AI, knowledge, and human intent converge to transform how organisations think, learn, and execute in real time. We are creating software tools that bring AI directly to the user, empowering them to deliver meaningful, measurable impact. I serve on the board of WWF Singapore, as a director at MindForward Alliance (focused on advancing workplace mental health), and as a member of the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s Future Economy Advisory Panel, where I help promote financial empowerment and inclusive growth. Across these platforms, I remain committed to purpose-led innovation and sustainable societal progress. Previously, I was President of Microsoft Asia, leading operations across 20 countries and overseeing 30,000 employees and 100,000 partners. During this time, I championed enterprise-wide digital transformation—driving growth, resilience, and innovation across public and private sectors. Before Microsoft, I spent over two decades at GE and Genpact, where I served as Chief Growth Officer and led global expansion across industries, markets, and service lines. My leadership journey—spanning six countries and three decades—has shaped a deep belief in the power of transformation, talent, and technology to drive impact at scale. I bring a unique blend of operational rigour, visionary thinking, and cultural fluency to everything I build.
