I've spent 13+ years in growth marketing, but I didn't start here. My career began in business research and analytics. Building models, crunching data, figuring out what actually moves the needle on customer behavior. That foundation shaped how I approach marketing today: data first, then instinct. Over the years, I've moved from analyst to growth lead to director, working across gaming, fintech, food-tech, and mobility. I've done the 1-to-10 work of setting up growth functions from scratch, and the 10-to-100 work of scaling them. That's meant managing $100M+ budgets, leading teams of 20+, and scaling acquisition to millions of users. The part I've come to value most? Knowing when to trust the data and when to trust the creative. I can go deep on incrementality testing and attribution one day, and debate ad copy and campaign narratives the next.
