• As interim Senior Director of Engineering (M7), I led a Platform organization of 100+ engineers, overseeing key teams including Filesystem, Core Sync, Dash Connectors Platform, and Previews Platform.
• I currently lead the Identity Platform, Auth Platform, API Platform, Sharing Platform, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Paper teams at Dropbox. My teams build and maintain mission-critical production services that form the backbone of Dropbox, ensuring seamless functionality for our entire customer base. These platforms empower multiple product teams across Dropbox to develop and deliver new features efficiently.
• I spearhead the Multi-Product Platform initiative, driving the seamless integration of acquisitions into our ecosystem.
• Additionally, I collaborate closely with the Office of the CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives that enhance platform capabilities, optimize engineering operations, drive cost efficiencies, and align technology investments with broader business objectives.
• With extensive experience leading multiple managers and large organizations, I play a key role in shaping Dropbox’s engineering career framework, ensuring it supports growth, development, and excellence across the company.
• Beyond my direct leadership responsibilities, I actively mentor and coach managers and senior engineers, champion engineering operational excellence, shape location strategy, serve as a bar raiser and hiring committee moderator, and represent Dropbox at key industry events such as Tapia and Grace Hopper.
