• Winning with AI & data.
• With a remit to centralise and grow data, analytics, and AI, I brought together four existing teams across data and CRM to build a more connected data capability. With opportunities spanning the business, we laid the groundwork to embed AI and data across TLC.
• We set the stage for enterprise AI adoptions through developing our AI strategy to align with the corporate vision and building an AI Innovation Interest Group. We also looked for responsible AI use through leading an AI Risk Working Group and to launching employee AI guidelines. With generative AI we rolled out AI developer tools across IT and started pilots with Copilot for M365.
• AI and ML was embedded in several processes including risk and personalisation.
• We sparked engagement and momentum for innovation, data and AI through working groups and hackathons, resulting in good engagement across the business.

• Blending data into every drop.
• With a global remit, I built and led a team of 20 that will shape the way TWE works for years to come. With data & analytics opportunities from grape to glass, we had broad scope to enhance & improve the way TWE worked with data and reporting.
• My team built the data platform, developed the data governance community and most importantly fostered excitement, enthusiasm and capability to use data everyday at TWE. This resulted in time saved in reporting and more consistent understanding of operations across TWE.

• Built foundations for data sharing across Wesfarmers with relationships and trust.
• Starting with a team of 1, I built and grew a team to drive and enable data sharing across Wesfarmers’ retail arms through collaboration, teamwork and trust.
• While technically challenging to bring together 5 different retailers, this role was all about relationships. Wesfarmers has divisional autonomy at its core, so encouraging divisions to share centrally required building trust through patience, influence and transparency. We started with no divisions willing to share data and by the time I left, we had the 5 retail divisions sharing data into Wesfarmers’ OneData function.

• As an Expert in Analytics & Insights in McKinsey’s Marketing & Sales Practice, I led analytics-focused engagements and played an advisory role for teams wanting additional data science fire-power.
• I worked on marketing analytics projects throughout EMEA, the US and Australia, with a focus on B2C industries including FMCG, retail and telecommunications.

• I helped industrial companies transform their performance through data and machine learning with outcomes such as improved engineering and team productivity, higher quality products and faster decision making.
• As an Engagement Director, I enjoy working with clients to push the boundaries of what they can achieve data and AI. I’ve helped my clients unlock the full potential of their internal data ecosystem, start experimenting with new types of data and tackle high value new-to-world use cases.
• I joined QuantumBlack when there were 40 people and we’ve scaled to ~350 people globally. Over this time I have enjoyed leading our multi-disciplinary teams of data engineers, data scientists, UX and visual designers and analytics “translators” and shaping our protocol for how our teams work to deliver analytics projects at scale.
• I lead our women’s group at QuantumBlack, ensuring we are an exciting, supportive and fulfilling place for technical women to develop their careers.
