• Handled spend of up to USD 200 Millions YoY. Categories managed includes the following:-
• Greenfield Projects (over 1 Million Square Feet size warehouse) with packages like PEB, Civil Infra, Fire Protection System, Electrification , HVAC, Landscaping and other ancillary works.
• Multiple Brownfield projects pan India YoY (20-30 Warehouses per year- 50K Sq Ft to 200K Sq Ft ) with packages like Civil, Electrification, Fire Protection Works, Racking and Mezzanine Works, VRC,HVAC, Cold Rooms, Material Handling Equipment (from Global Vendors) and Bought Out Items (over 60K POs per year).
• Warehouse Automation from Indian and Global Vendor Base for requirements like conveyor system, Cross Belt Sortation System, Automatic Storage and Retrieval System and AGV/AMR based automation.
• Secondary Packaging for customer shipments viz Corrugated Carton Boxes, Paper Bags, Polybags, PP Woven bags, Bag Seals and BoPP Tapes.
• End to end procurement for building of 500 plus Flipkart Minutes dark stores pan India (Slotted angle racks, cold rooms and store set up infra). Procurement for deep reserve (feeder warehouse) infra for dark stores to include large scale storage and cold storage facilities).
• Identification and selection of vendors for creation of a world class state of art Flipkart Experience Centre and corporate office renovation works.
• Led multiple initiatives to leverage benefits to the organization like:-
• 1. Strategic Vendor Partnerships.
• 2. Development of Global Vendor base for select categories.
• 3. Implementation of sustainability initiatives viz circular economy for paper and plastics.
• 4. Creation of category strategies and implementation of market analysis inputs into procurement decision making.
• 5. Leverage multiple markets under Walmart umbrella for select categories.
