• Built a high-performing MVP of the concept in 6-weeks to explore customer pull; onboarded 10 users as early feedback providers — failed to see sufficient traction, and identified challenging INFOSEC blockers — so killed my exploration of the concept.
• As an entrepreneur, never fall in love with an idea when the data tells you otherwise. What you end is as important as what you start — ruthlessly kill ideas with limited objective evidence.
