I'm a Behavioural Researcher with 5 years of experience passionate about leveraging physical and digital environments to shape human behaviour across personal, business, and societal levels. Within the Research & Insights team at Tata Neu - (Tata Group's super app), I specialize in innovating research methodologies that overcome limitations of traditional approaches. Collaborating with design, product, growth and business teams on various challenges they face on both - strategic and tactical level. Previously at BIAS, I led award-winning research on digital inclusion that earned the "Best Original Research Paper" at MRSI's 31st Annual Conference. My journey includes service design at Delhivery (Logistics), collaboration with Stanford BioDesign (HealthTech) and Internship at Fractal.ai (AI-consulting firm). With a foundation in Industrial Design from NID and exchange semester at WDKA Netherlands, I have transitioned from Industrial design to Behavioural Research. Recognized as "Emerging Designer of the Year 2025" at Jaipur Design Week, I remain committed to evidence-based design and creating meaningful impact through innovative research methods.
