I graduated with Institute Rank 2 from IIT Bombay and currently work on the M365 Copilot Extensibility Platform team at Microsoft, enabling businesses to extend Microsoft Copilot by helping them build powerful AI agents tailored to their workflows. In my role, I work at the intersection of agentic AI systems, platform extensibility, and product innovation, i.e. contributing to the design, development, and deployment of large-scale, cutting-edge AI agents. A key part of my focus is establishing robust testing pipelines, defining evaluation metrics, and continuously improving agent performance through data-driven experimentation and feedback loops. This ensures our AI systems are not only intelligent but also reliable, measurable, and impactful at scale.
