It's a place where around 200 eager minds and 30 dedicated employees come together daily, diving into both religious teachings and high-level academics.
  • In this stimulating environment, I found my place as a part-time teacher between January 2018 and July 2018. My mission? To ignite the spark of curiosity and wonder in my students - the 9th and 10th graders learning the mysteries of science, the 6th graders embarking on their mathematics journey following the CBSE curriculum, and the 11th graders unraveling the intricacies of English and Home Science.
  • Every day was a unique adventure, each bringing its own challenges and rewards. I designed and implemented compelling lessons, tailoring my approach to the different age groups and subjects. I also administered tests, assignments, and gave out grades, carefully monitoring each student's performance. It was a joy to witness their progress, to see their understanding deepen, their skills grow and their confidence flourish.

  • I joined Formete Engineers in May 2017.
  • Our mission was to create iconic commercial complexes, and as a Civil Site Supervisor, I was at the heart of it all.
  • Every morning, I would unroll the day's building plans, bending bars to precise angles to ensure the soul of the blueprint found its way into the construction. And our team? I made sure they infused every task with the highest quality workmanship.
  • Remember those 1000-piece puzzles as a child? I did something similar every day, examining block works, scrutinizing the structures from DPC to steel mesh and walls, making sure the picture was coming together as it should.
  • Our team was not just builders; we were also interpreters. Pouring over architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings, we decoded blueprints into beautiful buildings. I also played peacekeeper, bridging the gap between electrical and plumbing contractors.
  • Concrete works? I inspected those too. When problems arose - and they did - I stepped in, corrected the course, ensuring our ship stayed on track.
  • One thing I held above all was safety. I advocated for it, ensuring each laborer was equipped with the right gear. Training was another area of my focus, upgrading the skills of our laborers and masons, transforming novices into masters.
  • Behind the scenes, I wore a different hat – that of a record keeper. Each day's work, material stock, time sheets – I meticulously maintained them all. Vendors knew me as the diligent follow-up guy, ensuring we were always stocked up.
  • But before I signed off any delivery note, a rigorous material inspection was my rule of thumb. As the clock ticked, I kept a watchful eye on our projects, making sure instructions were followed, deadlines met, and schedules maintained.
  • Sadly, the combined punch of GST and Demonetization hit our industry hard, and in November 2017, I was among those laid off.
  • But as they say, when one door closes, another opens.
