• I led a team of product managers who built next gen time and meeting management on Microsoft Teams for >300 Million MAUs from scratch. I started on this as an IC when Teams had <500k MAU after its initial launch in 2017.
• This was a cross geographical role and I worked closely with leadership across Calendaring (Outlook), Meetings (erstwhile Skype), AI services and a range of other groups to build a best in class experience for Teams users.

• Also led Flock's initial monetization strategy and designed paywalls across the product that optimized high quality lead gen and sales led conversions.
