I am the founder of Level AI. We are a Enterprise AI software company, working to make customer experience better with AI. We are about 200 people, serving 100s of customers, having raised $75M+ in VC. Prior to Level, I was Product Manager in Amazon Alexa's Conversational AI team. I have helped build two Silicon Valley startups Kinestral Technologies and Relcy Inc. in a leadership role in the Business and Product teams. At Kinestral I was part of the journey from a 3 person $250k funding company to ~50 employees ~$30m funding. At Relcy, from an alpha consumer product to a product launch, 0-X users and initial distribution partnerships. Before Silicon Valley drew me in, I was a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group. My role involved working with management teams of Fortune 500 companies to drive strategic change in product management, organization and operational functions. I worked in African, US and Indian businesses during this period. I love hard sciences and mobile technology. To that end, I studied engineering at IIT-Delhi and Stanford University. I did an MBA from Stanford GSB to round off my practical business experience and meet a tremendous set of classmates.

As a PM on the team I spend a lot of time with data on conversation coherence and engagement. Also, lots of new work on impact of conversational speech understanding, dialogue management, context management on conversation quality metrics. We also collaborate with the university AI research groups worldwide to solve this problem.
June 2016-2017: Speech Recognition, NLU and Search to create compelling experiences for Local Search, Weather and Traffic questions on Alexa platform. Launched 3 key features on Alexa, launched Alexa experiences in UK, DE and on Echo Show (1st multi modal device of Alexa). Oversaw a 6X traffic growth of my portfolio.
