With over 10 years of work experience in sales and consulting, I am passionate about helping organizations leverage the power of Slack as a co-founder at Bryd. Bryd is a Slack consultancy that offers services and technology to launch, manage, and optimize your workplace experience. As a former employee of Slack and Salesforce, I have a deep understanding of how to effectively utilize Slack within your organization and create a connected collaboration hub that centralizes all your human and system notifications and streamlines your processes. My mission is to empower your employees and customers to be happy and productive, regardless of their location or working arrangements. I value innovation, diversity, and customer satisfaction. Prior to co-founding Bryd, I worked as an Account Director for large enterprise clients at Slack, covering Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia and Salesforce covering many APAC countries. In this role, I was responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering customized solutions that met the client's needs and goals. I also partnered with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. I also obtained certifications in strategic leadership and Salesforce leadership during this time.
