  • In the 12 months of Stint that followed 13 months of Advisory, my focus was
  • Performance Marketing - Scaling Ads, specifically because the segment is tough. The biggest learning here was disappointing. No matter how much you want to de-stigmatize this space, the algorithms for FB and Google will ensure you can never use the word like it is used so we started using indirect language and wrong spellings.
  • Sales Conversion Improvement - Ensuring our team can convert leads (our conversions % soared through the roof compared to the industry. We converted almost 1 out of every 3 people on our platform. Truth be told, they were tired of popping one pill after another and yes my team was an amazing bunch of high-energy psychologists who made the job seem easy)
  • Digital Marketing - I had to activate my Instagram to manage a small team who were managing our Insta but we did well on both ends.
  • Beyond this, as a Founder, you keep ideating about everything, from hiring to new products to ops to quality to data. Thankfully, Shailja and I jammed well.
  • Overall the experience with work was fulfilling
  • Revenue grew 6x
  • Margin improved significantly
  • CM2 got better from -60% to +12%
