• RECRUITMENT:
• Taking care of end-to-end recruitment process

• Following up on selected candidates and resolving their queries etc (if any) and make them join on the decided date
• Managing and expanding the existing network of recruiters by referrals, network etc
• Meeting or exceeding all targets, SLAs and deadlines set by the management team
• Maintaining the trackers / database for all the above.
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
• Doing vertical specific market research
• Proposing our temporary/permanent hiring services to proposed clients
• Fix-up meetings with clients & Client Acquisition
• Maintaining cordial client relationship to get repeat business
