A chapter of life closes. And suddenly you find yourself asking: 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗻𝗼𝘄? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲? I guide women who feel ready to release the past, reconnect with themselves, and step into a new chapter of life with clarity, strength, and inner peace. My work is deeply shaped by my own life journey. I was born in Iran and my life has taken me through many profound transitions. Leaving my home country as a child, rebuilding my life in different cultures, navigating betrayal, divorce, motherhood, and many moments where I had to start again. Each of these experiences invited me to go deeper into healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Over time I discovered something important: Our past does not only live in our thoughts — it also lives in our body. Stress, emotional pain, disappointments, and life experiences are often stored in the body as tension, especially in the back, shoulders, and nervous system. This is why my work combines two complementary paths. 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Through deep conversations and guidance, I help women release emotional patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and rediscover who they truly are so they can create a new chapter in life. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 A deeply relaxing bodywork session for women where physical tension and stored emotional weight can gently release through a deep back and shoulder massage combined with subtle energy work. When the body relaxes and releases tension, the mind becomes calmer and the heart can open again. My intention is to create a safe space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward in their lives with more freedom, peace, and self-trust.
