• It was a great experience working with the Oliver Wyman international team in Jeddah. The project focused on improving the services and facilities at the Jeddah Hajj Terminal. Our evaluations focused on improving the terminal efficiencies across all touch-points as well as improving the pilgrim and airport clients, vendors and customer experience and performance.
• The Hajj Terminal managed by PPMDC is part of the Saudi Bin Laden Group of Companies, who have taken a long term property and service development view in line with the expectation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. My role required me to clearly identify how this could be achieved as cost effectively as possible as well as identifying all the experience pilgrims had at every touch-point and stage at the airport as they navigated from point of arrival till point of departure.
