Previously at Myntra, I built the Beauty and Wellness business and expanded the Monetisation vertical, scaling both into market-leading units and creating new revenue streams to set them up for the years ahead. Earlier at Hindustan Unilever, where I began my career as an intern and later as a Business Leadership Trainee (Management Trainee), I worked across Sales and Brand Management roles. Starting as an Area Sales Manager in Western U.P., I learned the nuances of rural distribution, later helping drive one of the company’s biggest transformations — Winning in Many India — as a Regional Customer Marketing Manager. I then moved into first-principles consumer marketing within the nascent men’s-grooming portfolio spanning Axe and other brands. I thrive on building consumer-centric businesses, scaling high-performance teams, and crafting brand mixes that combine purpose, performance, and profitability.
