About

I build companies the way I live: Hands-on, Cash-aware, People-first, Right speed, Zero drama. From a farming family in a small village, I moved to Hyderabad for opportunity → to Mumbai for the grind → to Australia to earn → and finally to the US to scale. Today, I’m building globally. At 23 I started a small telecom + e-commerce play. I was entrepreneur by night, full-time employee by day and eventually sold the business to a New York–based telecom company. In 2005 I started Infovision. Four years later it was 15× bigger and on the Inc.500 list. I also built Infovista (DBA/IMS company). Both companies were acquired in 2012. In 2013, I went after a harder problem: helping kirana/retail stores buy straight from FMCG brands. We built the rails that cut costs for brands and gave stores margin back. The technology and IP were acquired in 2018. In 2016, I took over Finvesco Capital (RBI-registered NBFC, est. 1978), tightened governance, risk, and collections, grew the loan book 10×, and fully exited in March 2024. I don’t just build startups , I turn around legacy businesses into valuable assets. Along the way I learned to build honestly, keeping relationships first and money secondary. The goal has always been to create real value for stakeholders. Now I build under Lakamsani Group (TopMindz, Advent, eWorkk + long-horizon bets). We help SMBs scale with process-first execution + AI, built audit-ready by design lowering costs and increasing profits. On the side, I invest (30+ startups via TheSeedFund.vc). Recognitions: EY Entrepreneur of the Year (2010), NJBIZ 40 Under 40 , But I’ve always chased momentum, not trophies. I treat entrepreneurship as a craft and a strategy, not just P&L math. It’s simple: Have fun solving daily challenges. I plan to solve problems until my last day. What I Believe & How I Operate: # People before profits. Relationships outlast transactions. # Be human. No judgment, no games. Help where I can, say no when I must, stay honest either way. # I preach entrepreneurship because it changed my life & those around me. I want many people to have that shot. # Business is my favorite game. I love the building until my hands off. Repeat it again with new start. # Faith and stewardship. What I have is on trust, not mine. # Giving back. I support education first as I’m a product of it. If you’re building something useful and care about process, cash, and clean handoffs (not hype), let’s talk. I like people who share the messy middle, not just the wins.

Indus foundry

Co-Founder

Nov 2025Present · 6 mos · Princeton, NJ

  • More than two decades as a founder and investor taught me one truth that cannot be unlearned.
  • Paper money is valuation. Real money is cash in the bank.
  • I built both ways. Chased valuation, felt the high, and watched it disappear when the market turned. I learned that the hard way. Most founders do. The difference is I course corrected and never looked back.
  • At Indus Foundry, We build and fund businesses that are cash-positive from day one. Not someday. Not after the next round. Day one. We pick the right markets, build lean teams, and treat the P&L as the only scoreboard that matters.
  • If you are a founder who thinks in margins before metrics let's talk.
  • Real businesses . Real cash . Execution Eadge. No shortcuts .
  • That is Indus Foundry.

Eworkk by advent

Chief Executive Officer

Dec 2020Present · 5 yrs 5 mos · Hyderabad, Telangana, India

  • I run growth at eWorkk. We help small and mid-sized businesses build their own Mini-GCCs dedicated offshore teams that feel like an extension of your company, not a vendor.
  • In simple terms: you get your own team, working in your tools, following your playbook, with GCC-level discipline and security without the headache of figuring out India, leases, hiring, HR, or compliance.
  • What we do
  • # Set up Mini-GCCs fast #
  • We help you hire, onboard, and stabilise a remote team that reports into your leaders and works the way your business already runs.
  • # Bring order to operations #
  • We turn tribal knowledge into clear SOPs, checklists, and weekly scorecards so delivery doesn’t depend on a few “hero” employees.
  • # Use AI where it actually helps #
  • We plug in copilots, simple automations, and smart integrations to remove copy-paste work, reduce errors, and free up your best people.
  • # Protect your data #
  • NDAs, role-based access, and secure workflows so client and internal data stay protected.
  • Improve the P&L not just the org chart More capacity, cleaner delivery, better margins, less chaos for you and your core team. Cross-border leverage shouldn’t be a Fortune 500 privilege. We bring GCCgrade capability to founder led SMBs.

Infovista technologies inc

Chairman & CEO

Jan 2007Dec 2011 · 4 yrs 11 mos · North Brunswick,NJ

  • I started Infovista Technologies to offer smarter IT infrastructure services using a delegated, non-patented operating model. We focused on practical, reliable delivery—not buzzwords.
  • That “delegated services” approach became our edge. Clients used our Delegated Infrastructure Management Services (DIMS) for DBA, desktop support, network support, cloud, virtualization, and server administration. We built a strong reputation in the U.S. as a top DBA partner and grew fast.
  • In December 2011, a major Infrastructure Management Services company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India acquired Infovista Technologies.

Infovision technologies inc

Chairman & CEO

Nov 2005Jun 2012 · 6 yrs 7 mos · North Brunswick

  • This was my second venture. I started it to use the skills I’d built as a faculty member. The model was straightforward and win–win for everyone employees, clients, and shareholders.
  • We recruited master’s students from U.S. colleges, trained them deeply in the latest tech, certified them, and deployed them to serve Infovision’s clients at a better price point. Because the talent was strong and the delivery was tight, value was created at every step.
  • I never compromised on people. I hired for potential, invested in training, and spent real time teaching and mentoring so the team moved up the learning curve fast. I believe compounding starts with people.
  • The results showed up: the company grew about 1,500% in four years.
  • On May 31, 2012, Infovision Technologies’ U.S. business unit was fully acquired by a major Infrastructure Management Services company listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.

Hello communications inc

President

Oct 2002Dec 2006 · 4 yrs 2 mos · Hempstead, New York

  • This was my first registered business, started at age 23.
  • I launched Hello Communications to provide virtual calling cards for immigrant communities (brand: DesiPhone) so they could reach family abroad, and to offer voice connectivity for BPOs and call centers by terminating VoIP calls to and from the U.S.
  • Nights after my day job, I built the DesiPhone website myself—coding HTML, writing scripts to auto-deliver virtual PINs by email after payment, and integrating PayPal as the merchant gateway. I worked with multiple telecom carriers for call termination and learned to run hosted VoIP infrastructure, including managing Mera Networks soft switches.
  • In June 2004, Hello Communications opened a BPO operation in Hyderabad with a 30-person team. We supported client call centers and handled Hello’s back-office work.
  • By the end of 2006, I sold the business assets to a New York–based telecom company, Champion Reef Infotech, so I could focus on my IT venture, Infovision, which I had started earlier that year.
