• As the tile Suggest Right at first time we did the day to day entry for the worker and thier job work. Evaluated the end result and defective pieces as in final inspection. Then we use to do RFT meeting every morning with the worker and supervisor to control the defects and take corrective action regarding that which resulted in bringing down the major defct percentage.
• 2nd device to control the Broken stich due to bobbin thread getting empty we made the device which will sense the bobbin thread and will alert the worker in advance that the bobbin thread is getting empty.
