What pleases me most is the fact that, this award is based on the work we did with our customers and the results they achieved using our software. We are also a winner of Nasscom Emerge 50 Award, given to high caliber, innovative software product companies helmed by never-say-die entrepreneurs. As the CEO of Vaultedge, my first job is to make sure that as a company we are solving problems that really matter to our customers. Truth be told, it is not always easy to know what really matters to customers. So I spend a lot of time listening to customers, sharing our product roadmap with them and taking feedback, attending conferences and reading about the mortgage industry. I also am focussed about building a culture that is open and conducive to bringing out the best from everybody. Finally, I worry about doing the right thing while still delivering results.
