Today, as VP - Business at Material Depot, I’m building a design-first, omni-channel platform that simplifies how India discovers and sources home interior materials. I lead business growth across B2B and retail - spanning architects, designers, contractors, OEMs, and enterprise clients. Material Depot is backed by leading investors including Accel, Stellaris Venture Partners, Whiteboard Capital, DeVC, Soma Capital, MyAsiaVC, along with prominent founders and operators across India’s consumer and technology ecosystem - a strong vote of confidence in our ambition to formalise and modernise a fragmented $14B category. Prior to this, I was part of the leadership team at Shiprocket, where I worked at the intersection of SaaS, eCommerce, and customer experience. From scaling the longtail seller ecosystem to driving growth for Shiprocket Checkout and Engage, I helped build revenue engines powering thousands of D2C brands. That experience in scaling technology-led commerce now informs how I approach building infrastructure in physical commerce. At Material Depot, we’re not just selling materials. We’re building the infrastructure layer for how India designs and builds.
