• As an Office Administrator at Vinove, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. My role involves managing all aspects of office administration, including supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining and updating inventory records, organizing internal logistics, and coordinating schedules for meetings, training sessions, and company events. I ensure that all administrative processes run efficiently and support overall workplace productivity.
• In addition to my core administrative responsibilities, I actively contribute to Vinove’s brand presence by managing the company's social media platforms. This includes planning and executing content calendars, creating visually engaging creatives for events, training, and celebrations, as well as capturing, editing, and publishing multimedia content that highlights our company culture and values. I collaborate across teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging that aligns with our branding goals.
• My dual role allows me to bridge internal operations with external communications, helping to maintain a well-organized workplace while also promoting our company’s image through thoughtful and creative digital engagement.
