I work at the intersection of urban policy, climate transitions, and strategic communication. Trained as an architect and urban planner (IIT Roorkee), my work spans sustainable mobility, carbon markets, platform economies, and digital governance. My work is anchored in one question: how do systems shape everyday life in cities? Over the past 8+ years, I have: • Led research and editorial strategy at a Centre for Technological Transitions at OMI Foundation • Authored and co-authored policy papers on electric mobility, carbon markets, AI governance, and social protection in platform economies • Worked on sustainable transport and gender in electric mobility at World Resources Institute • Contributed to urban mobility discourse through publications in The Indian Express, Fortune, and others • Engaged with stakeholders across Maharashtra and Gujarat on station area development and urban transitions My work increasingly focuses on the reputational and narrative dimensions of climate action. I explore how cities communicate sustainability, how institutions build trust in emerging markets like carbon credits, and how policy becomes legible to citizens. Alongside research, I design communication strategies that translate complex systems into clear public insight through reports, campaigns, data storytelling, and multimedia. Currently, I am also working on a storytelling-led eco-tourism initiative, exploring how environmental conservation, local identity, and sustainable development intersect.
