  • 1) Vice- presented Public relations: Conduct different various PR programs each month, design creative flyers for each week's meeting and floating across all mediums
  • 2) President Sprouts Toastmasters club: overseeing the general health and quality of the club and ensure that the executive committee of 8 members performs their respected duties.
  • 3) Area Director: Assisting 4 clubs functioning in Jaipur to maintain the quality of deliverables and grow in terms of members. I was also expected to add at least 1 more club in a years time.   • Being Associated with a public sector bank for almost a decade has equipped me with various skills through the opportunity to work at different departments.
  • 1) Execute seamless branch operations to enhance customer experience. I have had the opportunity to lead a team of 5 to 20 members at 6 different branches. In order to achieve the branch's quarterly and yearly targets it was necessary to keep the team motivated. Assigning each team member with their individual goals and aligning them with the expectation towards of the team and to ensure that they strike the right balance between their professional and personal life was a role which had new challenges daily yet was filled with immense learning for me in terms of people management.
  • 2) Grievance redressal: For the longest time I have been entrusted to handle the customer complains received through different channels like, social media, direct letters,RBI, ombudsman. These complains were related to the 164 branches spread across Rajasthan. Each had a definite time frame and different set of guidelines from the bank to be respected. The redressal involved repeated follow-ups from the branch, multiple sessions of negotiation with the customer and finally closing it at a point where the customer is satisfied and none of the bank guidelines are overstepped.
