I lead our Enterprise Solutions teams across 12 countries in EMEA, with a team of over 400 resourcing professionals providing our customers with workforce engagement solutions that meet their human capital needs of all types, from permanent recruitment, contingent labour and outsourced services. Working with the C-Suite to troubleshoot their HR challenges is where I feel most at home, helping them navigate new concepts, often with a whiteboard marker in hand, and co-creating strategies that address their current and future workforce needs. Workforce engagement is a wide-ranging topic with many facets to explore and I continue to find myself inspired by our current customers changing needs as well as the challenges posed by new sales conversations or chance encounters. I have a keen interest in any technology that enables organisations to engage talent efficiently and an eye for data & analytics that enable meaningful conversations around talent engagement strategies based on location or relative costs. In addition, I have a passion for all things branding harnessing the power of the written word in inspiring action from clients and candidates alike.
