About

I'm an entrepreneur and consultant with a passion for innovation, product management, revenue operations, and leadership. As the Co-founder & CEO of StackSource (exited in April 2024), I cast a vision for a tech-enabled commercial real estate finance marketplace, raised capital, and led the team to growth that earned #777 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list. My skills and perspective on life and business were honed greatly through the ups and downs of an 8-year founder journey. Prior to StackSource, I was an employee for an advertising tech startup that was acquired by Facebook (Meta). I started out in ad tech for Google coming out of college with a Finance degree.

Ugly beer co

Founder

Jan 2024Jun 2024 · 5 mos · New Smyrna Beach, Florida, United States

  • Ugly Beer was born from a simple idea: could we give “ugly,” mismatched glass bottles a second life instead of letting them go to waste? Because only 40% of glass bottles are currently recycled in the United States. We set out to prove that a circular economy approach could resonate with consumers, starting with something approachable—classic root beer.
  • We tested the concept at local farmers markets, where Ugly Beer sold out and drew strong support from customers who loved the mission as much as the product. It was a small but meaningful proof point: people will buy into sustainability, even if the packaging isn’t perfect.
  • Ugly Beer never took on investor capital and did not scale beyond its farmers market roots. Ultimately, I closed the venture after seeing that the operational complexity required for meaningful impact demanded partners with deep logistics, beverage manufacturing, and distribution expertise, and my partner search came up empty.
  • The experience was a valuable lesson in testing a sustainability concept quickly, validating consumer demand, and knowing when a promising idea isn’t ready to grow further.

Sales Operations Manager, LiveRail

Oct 2013Dec 2015 · 2 yrs 2 mos · New York City Metropolitan Area

  • As the first Sales Operations hire at LiveRail, a high-growth video ad tech platform, I built and scaled the revenue operations function to support rapid sales expansion. I led CRM administration (Salesforce), designed workflow automation, and implemented tools like contract lifecycle management (SpringCM) to streamline operations. I also drove business analytics, enhancing visibility into pipeline performance, competitive positioning, and strategic impact.
  • Post-acquisition by Facebook, I played a key role in integrating LiveRail into Facebook’s ad tech ecosystem, aligning sales tools, processes, and analytics across teams. I also hired and led additional Sales Operations staff to support the growth of Facebook’s publisher ad tech business (LiveRail + Audience Network).
