Pete Warren — CEO
Peter Warren is an author, poet, broadcaster, and journalist and runs Future Intelligence (Fi). A speaker at the European Union, the House of Parliament, the House of Lords and the French Senate, he has also provided evidence and advice to investigations by the House of Lords and the UK Parliament. Reports on AI technology trends produced by Peter and the team at Fi resulted in invitations to speak at the House of Lords and the French Senate. He is a former technology editor for the Sunday Express, Sunday Herald and Scotland on Sunday. Peter has worked for BBC2 as an Associate Producer, for the Sunday Times Insight team, the Sunday Times Newsdesk, the Sunday Times Magazine and the Sunday Telegraph. He has also been a regular contributor to the Guardian on technology and environment issues. Peter is the author of two critically acclaimed books on cyber security 'Cyber Alert' (Vision Paperbacks) and 'Cybercrime and Warfare' (Hodder and Stoughton). His latest book, 'AI on Trial' was written for the Harry Potter publisher Bloomsbury. He is a regular contributor to TV news broadcasts on the topic of cyber security and technology. Future Intelligence was founded by two national newspaper journalists who are both published authors, FI produces news, features and magazine articles to national newspaper standards and the PassW0rd radio show audience 750,000, which Peter presents.
