A Jack of all trades is a master of none, but often times better than a master of one. This quote defines me, Pratiksha and to know how I got here and why you should stick around, here it goes. I was a science kid until my grads but personally was passionate about writings, public speaking, networking, marketing and communication. Was fortunate enough to find my passion come alive during graduation with an International Organization where I was volunteering and learning and that's where I found my next love into "MBA" During MBA, have had the fortune to represent India at International Youth Conferences and also publish research papers and case studies. Away from home for two long years pursuing masters in marketing to living the life always dreamt , landed in my first job into new space of HR and Marketing, i.e into Talent Branding Learning recruitment and holding on to branding was my struggle then which is my core strength today. I have emphasized on redefining recruitment strategy through branding, attracting talent and hiring the best talent pool in defined timeline. I have successfully crafted my name into a niche space of Employee-Employer Branding alongside building a personal brand for myself on social media platforms. I help people to land into their dream job through creative resume writing, cover letter writing, Interview preparation techniques and Linkedin profile optimization. I help startups, SME's, Founders and Leaders to build their story with appropriate strategy and enhance their personal brand with content marketing, Linkedin marketing, storytelling and omni channel communications strategy. Being a public speaker, I have delivered speeches for college students on career growth, freelancing and exploring business opportunities. Constant zeal of giving back to society, has inspired me to run an NGO helping tribal women and their children with education, employment and equal status in society. The biggest part of journey I owe to my father, who stood rock solid, supported, have hold on to me in my good and bad and so I call him 'KINGMAKER' and thank him for not raising me like the next ruler who takes charge of her life and paves way for her dreams.
