I didn’t follow a straight path into HR. At one point, I was bartending at a biker bar, certified to teach preschool, only passing History of Rock and Roll my first semester of college and in a sorority so chaotic the school refused to sanction it. That version of me would never have believed I’d become the founder of an award-winning HR consulting firm. But here I am - and CraveHRO was born from everything I learned the hard way. After escaping a corporate job that weaponized compliance and gaslit its employees (including me), I built a consultancy that does HR differently. I call it Not Your Father’s HR because the old way of doing things doesn’t work, and I have zero interest in sugarcoating toxic culture or pretending policies alone fix people problems. My background? ✅ Master's in HR Management (4.0 GPA, because apparently, I got my act together) ✅ Certified by PHR (and the Other Organization that Shall Not Be Named) ✅ Over 10 years' experience (and never forgetting it) I work with small employers across the country who want to get HR right. I keep you protected and human, because both matter. I also speak, train, and advocate for mental health in the workplace - because it’s personal. I’m not interested in performative wellness programs. I want real change, real leadership, and real conversations. When I’m not helping business owners clean up HR messes, you’ll find me planning my next vacation (that I'll maybe eventually go on), building out the CraveVerse, reading way too much Harry Potter fanfic, or hanging with my hubs and our pups.
