• Assumed responsibility as Commanding Officer of a large Operational logictics cum administrative Naval Base at Chennai, from 2018-2020. During the tenure, have managed more than 200 personnel directly and was responsible for 3000 personnel & their families posted at the station, indirectly.
• Conducted multinational exercise 'Malabar 2017’ with US Navy and Japanese Navy at Chennai which demanded close coordination with Chennai Port Trust and Immigration, dealing with Defence attache’ and Diplomats, transport companies and Shipping agents.
• Provided professional assistance and consultation to the Tamil Nadu Govt Officials during natural calamities (Cyclone Okhi – 2017 and Cyclone Gaja – 2018).
• Coordinated National level HADR Exercise at Chennai under the aegis of TN State Govt in Aug 2019.
• Closely worked with Tamil Nadu Police Department on Coastal Security matters from 2017 - 20.
• Conceptualised and executed the largest ‘Ex-Servicemen Job Fair’ at Chennai where 1500 retired military veterans and 45 companies including MNCs participated.
• Implemented SOPs for cyber security, concluded key projects of physical and electronic surveillance security measures.
• Successfully provided Supply Chain solutions to the naval warships and personnel posted across TamilNadu region, by implementing efficient logistics functions - budget and contract management.

• As Captain of Large Amphibious warship (5600 GRT), have executed multiple naval missions including helicopter flying operations, Humanitarian & Disaster Relief (HADR) operations and directly managed a professional team of 200 personnel. Implemented best practices of HRM, SCM and Info Security onboard. On completion of successful tenure, the ship was awarded 'Best Amphibious Ship' in 2014.

• As Captain of Sail Training ship, led a motivated team of 80 plus officers & enlisted personnel to spearhead operations, training and morale through efficient HRM, SCM, Inventory management, Budget management and contract negotiations.
• The ship represented Navy on diplomatic assignment to the SE Asian Countries as part of marker event of '20 years of Strategic Partnership' between India & ASEAN. Successfully undertook independant operations of the ship away from base port in India for 07 months, traversing 27,000 nautical miles, touched 13 ports in 09 countries with the continuous support from Indian Navy, MoD and MEA @ GoI. Had discussions with foreign Naval hierarchy/ diplomats/Public figures/business leaders. Also, embarked onboard young foreign naval officers and gave exposure to our naval training. Maintaining high morale and 'Op tempo' of the crew for such long duration, ensuring safety & security of the ship in adverse sea conditions of South China Sea with a unwavering commitment to the bigger picture - was the hallmark of the achievements of the team.
• The ship, on return to Kochi, was received by Hon'ble Defence Minister, Diplomats and Commander-in-Chief of the Southern Naval Command. The ship was awarded 'Unit Citation-2013' for the successful accomplishment of mission.

• As Directing Staff at the prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, I have imparted training and mentored 'hi-potential & upcoming' Tri-Services Indian & Foreign military officers for Leadership roles and achieve their career progression milestones. Have conceptualised training exercises, prepared and executed for the benefit of course participants.
• During the tenure, I was also selected to participate in an Amphibious Warfare programme @ Southampton, UK, for upskilling in this niche field.

• From 2008-09, I was responsible for operational planning and implementation of weapon policies, deployment of weapons and associated operational logistics, risk management and conduct of operations.

• Served onboard different classes of ships, planned and executed naval operations extensively in adverse weather conditions at sea involving multiple ships in diverse geographies.
• Enabled cross-functional linkages between multiple stakeholders of Gunnery & Missiles weapon systems, undertook Operational Logistics, Supply Chain Management of spares for weaponry, training of speacialised crew, drafting Mission Orders, and undertook successful multiple firings to ensure combat ready naval operations.
• Was selected and served as an 'Aide-de-camp' (Adviser) to the Commander-in-Chief, a Senior Naval Admiral.
• As a young officer, led the Naval Contingent at the prestigious Republic Day Parade on 26th January 2003 at New Delhi.
