I’ve spent the last 11 years building businesses, teams, and systems that scale. From leading GTM at an AI startup that raised $100M, to transforming a luxury real estate org’s talent experience from the inside out - I’ve lived the many faces of growth. But beyond the metrics and milestones, I’ve always been most proud of how I lead: With empathy. With integrity. With a clear sense of “what are we here to build?” My experience spans AI/ML, automotive, FMCG, media, and real estate. I’ve led brand strategy, inbound marketing, product-led growth, people ops, and executive strategy. I’ve built high-performing teams from scratch and helped fix broken cultures. I took the last year off to care for family and reconnect with what matters.
