• During my tenure as a Core Committee Member at the Human Resource Development Cell I had the privilege of actively contributing to the growth and development of individuals within our organization and beyond. • During my time with Enactus, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of like-minded individuals dedicated to creating positive social change through entrepreneurial action. As a member of Enactus, I actively contributed to various projects and initiatives, developing valuable skills and making a meaningful impact in our community. One of the highlights of my Enactus experience was collaborating with a diverse team to identify pressing social issues and design innovative solutions. Through extensive research, strategic planning, and effective project management, we implemented sustainable projects that addressed challenges posed by used cooking oil under the project abyaan and also such as poverty alleviation, environmental sustainability, and education enhancement. learned how to effectively communicate with team members, delegate tasks, and motivate others towards a shared goal.
