About

I work in HR and my work sits at the intersection of people, leadership and business performance. How leaders show up. How teams work together. And what helps them do good work, impact the business and stay connected to what they do. As a CHRO, I focus on building cultures that are clear, fair, and actually work in a business context. For me, leadership is central to this. The tone of a team. The quality of decisions. The level of ownership. It all comes back to the leader. In simple terms, I care about Leaders who are self aware and take ownership. Teams that can have honest conversations and move faster. Workplaces where expectations are clear and decisions don’t get stuck. People who don’t feel the need to pretend, and can focus on doing good work and focus on the business at hand. I also find myself coming back often to the idea of belonging. Not only as a big idea, but in everyday work. Can you speak up in a meeting? Can you disagree and still move forward? Can you take ownership without fear? Because when leadership and culture are working, you see the business impact. Better decisions. Stronger teams. As a CHRO, I care about Leadership and the self. Belonging. The relationship we have with our work. And how that impacts the business. That’s just what I see playing out in organisations every day. If you’re a business leader or in HR and also thinking about these questions, I’m always happy to exchange notes over a conversation . . . Top Strengths : 1. Driving Complex Organization Transformations (rapid growth, M&A, business turnaround, local to global) 2. Working with a diverse set of stakeholders (the Global Leader, the Board, the CEO, the Leadership team and the Organization as a whole) 3. Building a Business focused HR Strategy and Execution Framework from grounds up
