I am a business storyteller at heart and immensely excited by the potential that the new-age Indian start-up ecosystem has to revolutionise the way we lead our life and work. With a career of over 16+ years across various roles in Human Resources, I have had the honour to learn from the best of both worlds. I have seen scale in TCS in the first 4 years of my career and everything startup in the last 12+ years. My experience spans from Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition specially Leadership Hiring, Networking, Building high-performance teams, HR operations and partnering with leaders to build business bottom-up. I thrive in a high-paced, high-performance environment where data drives decisions, people and pace drive execution, and culture keeps them all together. I am extremely passionate about building early to growth-stage business journeys and the role that great Talent has in this stage, and I sincerely believe in the power of HR in transforming business. In my current role at Z47 (fka Matrix Partners India), I have the privilege and the honour to be partnering with an amazing set of founders and entrepreneurs to embed the need and importance of focusing on Talent and culture right from day 0. And I have been fairly successful in driving impact across businesses/ ideas and with different archetypes of leaders and founders. Just like the founders strive to create a market for their products/services, I am constantly striving to create a culture where business leaders understand that businesses cannot grow by keeping talent needs aside. We have successfully hired in SEA to support redBus global expansion in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Peru and Columbia.
