Dr. Nagarwal is renowned for his contributions to critical areas of Citizenship Law, Secularism Studies, and Minorities Rights. Prior to joining the Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi, he was associated with the University of North Bengal, Darjeeling and Pondicherry Central University in Puducherry. He frequently speaks at various constitutional law and other conferences, where he shares his insights on Constitutional Studies, Human Rights, and Minorities Law. In addition to his teaching career, Dr. Nagarwal is a prolific author who has written numerous research articles, study papers, and book chapters. He also serves on the advisory board of international law journals.
