I specialize in moving organizations from reactive firefighting to proactive execution by building high-performing teams and driving iterative improvement through root cause analysis and metrics-driven approaches that deliver better outcomes. This contrasts with the typical response of tiger teams, heroics, and rescue funding—approaches that don't scale and fail to address underlying issues. At a logistics enterprise, I guided the evolution from waterfall to agile delivery across an organization with over 70 developers, transitioning to product teams and continuing to add teams as the business saw the value of faster, more reliable delivery. Through development frameworks that used CI/CD pipelines and low-friction services, we enabled more frequent deployments while measuring success through delivery velocity, defect rates, and customer satisfaction.
