About

I am a Clinical Pharmacy Support Assistant at Atrius Health and a Brandeis University alum committed to advancing equitable, patient-centered care. As an immigrant from Palestine, I am deeply motivated to address health disparities and improve access to essential medications in underserved communities. I am currently applying to PharmD programs with a focused interest in cardiovascular and metabolic disorders. Through my work, I have seen how diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia disproportionally affects vulnerable populations. I am driven to become a pharmacist who optimizes therapy while helping patients navigate barriers to access, affordability, adherence, and lifestyle change. In my role, I seek opportunities to expand my involvement in medication management, affordability initiatives, and informatics to better understand how pharmacy practice improves outcomes and expands access to care. I am passionate about advancing cardiometabolic research to bridge the gap between clinical practice and therapeutic innovation.
